Mission Statement of the Strength and Conditioning Department:
To safely, effectively, and efficiently improve the athletic capabilities of all athletes, and, in turn, encourage injury prevention and raise their overall health. We treat all athletes like we would like to be treated ourselves: with care, guidance, understanding, and motivation.

We train ALL athletes, no matter the sport, the season, or their fitness level

Individual and team programs written based off assessments and testing methods

We expose weaknesses and imbalances through our testing and evaluation methods and strive to strengthen them

All programs are written according to the current season the athlete is in

We work with the injured athlete to keep them motivated and maintain their conditioning throughout their healing time
