college athlete testimonial

Caden Penn

"I have been training with Brian for a little over two years now and there just isn’t enough I can say about him. I am currently playing college baseball, and I definitely would not be here without him.
He’s a great guy to be around and I owe a lot of my success to him. The pride he has in wanting to make his clients better along with his professionalism in the gym and the way he makes working out fun and enjoyable is something I’ve never experienced until working with Brian. I’ve learned to love going to the gym and have definitely seen improvements in all categories.

Over the years I’ve gotten to know Brian really well and we have become pretty close. So on the days when I go in I can’t wait to get back in the gym with him just so we can chat and goof around a little while still getting things done. He really loves what he does and is a man of true character.

He has gotten me to places I would not have thought I would be at. So, thank you Brian for all that you have done for me."
